Service Description

First (or one off) consultation is usually 90 minutes and a follow up consultation is usually 30 minutes. Prior to meeting, clients are asked to fill out a nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire in, which provides information about eating habits, lifestyle, and medical/family history. Sessions are structured to establish your goals, and provide you with a plan to help you work toward achieving those goals. Usually we will set up 3-6 small objective to be achieved by the next consultation.
